A comprehensive programme of Weapons and Ki practice with Bob MacFarland (4th Dan). 10:00 to 4:30, followed by an optional session of Chanting from 4:30 to 5pm

Morning		 Ki: Chukyu Test Prep, Ki Meditation and Ki Exercises for Health
Afternoon Weapons: 2nd Bokken & Jo Taigi
 
Sunday May 11th
Morning		 Ki: Jokyu Tests Prep
Afternoon Weapons: Tanto/Bokken/Jo Tori (Taking)
 
Sunday June 8th
Morning		 Ki: Oneness Rhythm Exercises
Afternoon Weapons: Shin Ken "Mind Sword" 30th Taigi, Throwing with the Jo
