2011 Personal Kiatsu® Workshop No.3
With Brenda Tam Sensei
Saturday 28th May to Monday 30th May.
Brighton Ki Centre, 12 Queen Square, Brighton.

This Personal Kiatsu® workshop will be led by Brenda Tam Sensei. Tam Sensei is a Kiatsu Associate Lecturer, Full Ki Lecturer, Chief Instructor of Oregon Ki Society Childrens Program, Joden Ki rank and a Shinshin Toitsu Aikido 7th Dan, and has been teaching for over 30 years.

This workshop is only open to registered Personal Kiatsu® School students.

Timetable: (may be subject to small changes)
Saturday morning Tam Sensei will be teaching a special childrens Ki-Aikido class followed by an adults Ki-Aikido class at the dojo.

Saturday 28th May
12:30 to 14:00 - Lunch.
14:00 to 18:00 - Afternoon workshop.
*Group meal at a local restaurant for all attendees and families.
Sunday 29th May
09:00 to 12:00 - Morning workshop.
12:00 to 13:00 - Lunch.
13:00 to 17:00 - Afternoon workshop.
**Dinner in dojo
18:00 to 19:00 - Notes review.
Monday 30th May
09:00 to 12:00 - Morning workshop.
12:00 to 13:00 - Lunch.
13:00 to 16:00 - Afternoon workshop.

Training Fees:
£120.00 for the 3 day workshop including lunches.

Meals:
*Group meal at local restaurant
We will be having a get together meal at a local restaurant on the Saturday evening, the menu, costs and restaurant will be announced nearer to the event.
** Dinner in dojo
We will arrange for an optional simple dinner to be delivered on Sunday evening (this is to save time before the notes review which will be held straight after dinner). The optional Sunday dinner will cost £5.00 and is not included in the training fee.

Additional information:
Try to arrive in good time before the set start times in order to allow for getting changed etc.
Seiza benches or pillows are helpful for students who have a difficult time sitting seiza.
Fingernails should be trimmed short.
Please wear light clothing i.e. Tshirt/polo shirt and sweat pants or soft thin stretchable pants and clean socks.
Please also bring notebooks, pens and a bath towel which you can use to adjust your height on chairs or the height of your partner on the floor. The towels can also substitute as a pillow to make sitting seiza easier.
